Cleaning only
We sell cleaning and nothing else. Sealing, striping, painting and repairs are not sold, because in Arizona they can require a contractor licence and are taxed differently from cleaning. If you need them, we will tell you to look for a company licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, and that work goes on a separate contract.

- Payment before the first visit. Today we invoice by ACH bank transfer; card payment is not available yet.
- Recurring plans are paid three days before each period.
- 12-month plans include a 30-day cure period for any service failure.
- Anything outside cleaning goes on a separate contract.

How do I get a quote?
Email photos of the areas, the address and how often you want the work done to hello@westmontsterlingcommercial.com. The company doing the work confirms the scope from the photos or a site visit, and we send one flat price per visit with a written work order.
Who actually does the work?
An established, insured Phoenix pressure-washing company does the work for Westmont under our contract. The crew tells you on site that it is working for Westmont. We hold the contract with you, set the standard and answer for the result.
What happens if an area is missed?
If the photos show an area on the work order was missed, the crew re-cleans it within 48 hours at no charge. Every area is photographed before and after, with a time stamp, so a miss is easy to show.
Do you offer monthly or quarterly plans?
Yes. A storefront plan can be monthly or quarterly, with the same crew, the same checklist and a fixed visit window. A one-off wash is available first if you want to try the service.
Where does the wash water go?
The crew must recover the wash water or block the drains on every job. The City of Phoenix requires businesses whose work could pollute runoff to keep a stormwater management plan under City Code Chapter 32C, and we check how each company handles water before it works for us.
Do you seal, stripe or paint?
No. We sell cleaning only. Sealing, striping, painting and repairs can require an Arizona contractor licence, so we point you to companies licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, on a separate contract.

Which areas do you serve?
The City of Phoenix, Arizona. Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Chandler, Glendale and other metro cities come later, after we check each city's own licence and stormwater rules.
