Commercial pressure washing FAQ for Phoenix businesses

Phoenix pressure-washing companies publish $0.15–$0.35 per square foot for sidewalks and flatwork, $75–$250 per dumpster pad and $150–$400 per drive-thru lane, with minimums of about $150 (their own websites, November 2026). That is a market band, not our price list. Our quote is one flat number per visit.

Not yet. We are choosing the Phoenix companies that will do the work and will not book a visit until a vetted company is in place for your job. You can still ask for a quote, and we will tell you when a visit can be booked.

Every area on the work order is photographed before and after, with a time stamp, and the photos are sent to you the same day. If a photo shows a miss, the crew re-cleans that area within 48 hours at no charge.

Every wash uses water recovery or drain blocking. The City of Phoenix requires businesses whose work could pollute runoff to keep a stormwater management plan (City Code Chapter 32C), and we check each company's water handling before it works for us.

You pay before the first visit, and recurring plans are paid three days before each period. Today we invoice by ACH bank transfer; card payment is not available yet. 12-month plans include a 30-day cure period for any service failure.

No. We sell cleaning only, because sealing, striping, painting and repairs can require an Arizona contractor licence. We will point you to companies licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.

Not yet. We serve the City of Phoenix first. Other metro cities come later, after we check each city's own licence and stormwater rules.
