Commercial janitorial in Phoenix: not available yet
Westmont Sterling does not sell commercial janitorial in Phoenix yet. We are starting with commercial pressure washing in Phoenix. Janitorial comes after that service is running, and we have not set a date.
What it will be
Recurring cleaning inside commercial buildings in the City of Phoenix, such as offices, storefronts, restaurants and medical suites. The model will be the same as pressure washing. Westmont holds the contract with you and answers for the result. A vetted local janitorial company does the cleaning under our contract.

- Photo proof against the checklist, under the same Westmont standard we use on every job
- One contact for changes and complaints: Westmont, not the crew
- Paid a month in advance
Why there are no prices here
We publish a price band only when we can stand behind it. Janitorial is priced from the hours a building takes to clean, and we have no Phoenix janitorial company signed yet to confirm those hours. Until then, any number on this page would be a guess.
